Duties

  • This position works within our client service department and is an integrated part of managing our clients. You will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals managing the following day to day responsibilities:
  • Code and reconcile transactions for client accounts
  • Regularly review workflows and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiencies for your clients and internal practices
  • Assist with setup and on-boarding of new clients
  • Analyze client’s financial data for accuracy on a timely basis
  • Ensure we are meeting and exceeding the expectations of our clients

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks Online or Xero

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks Online or Xero
  • Associates Degree (Bachelor's or Masters is a Plus)
  • Experience using Office & Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts Chat)

Duties

  • This position works within our client service department and is an integrated part of managing our clients. You will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals managing the following day to day responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships
  • Manage financials on accrual basis accounting
  • Interact with business owners on a daily basis providing them high-level insights and advanced analysis on their business’s financials and performance
  • Review workflow and business operations and make technology and app recommendations to increase efficiencies
  • Manage and train Staff Accountants
  • Ensure quality control
  • Proactive in raising questions and issues to bring to management's attention
  • Full knowledge of Bookkeeper360’s platform of services and ability to cross-sell
  • Reconcile year-end tax and payroll to books
  • Setup syncing systems and ensure the quality of setup

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education

  • 4-Year Degree in Accounting or Related Field (Masters / CPA is a Plus)

Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting
  • Prior managerial experience a plus
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks Online and/or Xero
