The Website may include social media features, widgets, or integrations such as Facebook, X (f/k/a Twitter), LinkedIn, or other relevant social media platforms. - If you have an account with the Service, you may review, update, correct or delete Personal Information in your registration profile by logging into your account. Account holders may also contact us to accomplish the foregoing or if you have additional requests or questions.
We seek to swiftly respond to all requests we receive from individuals wishing to exercise these rights. Please note that even after removing information from your profile or deleting your account, copies of the deleted information may remain viewable elsewhere to the extent that it has been shared with others or it was otherwise distributed pursuant to these terms.
VI. RETENTION OF INFORMATION
We will retain Personal Information we process in connection with the Website and/or the Services as long as such Personal Information is needed for purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We will also retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Please note that some Personal Information about you will be retained in backup systems following such deletion. If required by law, we will delete Personal Information by erasing it from our database.

By using the Website and/or the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information in and to the United States, or other countries and territories, pursuant to the laws of the United States.
VII. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
The Website and/or the Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13, nor does Bookkeeper360 knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you may not attempt to register for the Website or send any information about yourself to us. In the event that we confirm that we have collected Personal Information from someone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your personal information with third parties, for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. - The names and addresses of third parties that received such information, and if the nature of a third party's business cannot be reasonably determined from the third party’s name, examples of the products or services marketed.

IX. SECURITY

XI. DO-NOT-TRACK
